In-House Repair Technician Charles J. Quagliana has over nineteen years of experience in the music industry. He has worked as a
sound engineer, a producer, and a technician for keyboards, pro audio, guitars, basses, amps, and much more. Most impressive
about Charlie is the list of artists he has worked with over those years: Mary J. Blige, Prince and the NPG, Joe Satriani,
Jefferson Starship, Molley Hatchet, Sammy Hagar, Maze, George Clinton, Steel Pulse, Davey Jones, The Beach Boys,
Eric Burton and the Animals, Culture Club, Eddie Money, Brian McKnight, Kool and the Gang, Grooveline, Musique, Larry Carlton,
Cheap Trick, Train, 98 Degrees, The Pointer Sisters, James Brown, Pebo Bryson, Van Morrison, Shelby Lynn, Run DMC, plus more.
Charlie graduated from Kenmore East High School and Erie Community College with an Electronics Engineering Degree. He then went
on to work at Soundlab where he installed, maintained, and operated the sound system. He followed that by working at Showplace
Theater where he worked with local band legends such as Hit and Run, The If`s, and more. He finally took his talents to San
Francisco where he worked as a sound engineer, lighting tech, and backline technician. Finally he made his way to The Guitar
Factory in West Seneca, NY.
Charlie can work on anything from vintage pieces to modern equipment. He can fix nearly anything on a keyboard, amp, guitar,
bass, live sound, or recording equipment. He operates in-house 5 days a week from noon to six p.m.
